/api/inquiryon syncfabric.digital. - Consent preference: a value stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key
sfbp_cookie_consent(accept or reject). This is not sent to our servers.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Where data goes
Inquiry submissions are posted as JSON to our same-domain handler at https://syncfabric.digital/api/inquiry. Data is used only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up planning discussion, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer storage.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Contact info@syncfabric.digital. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures for data sent through the inquiry endpoint. No method is perfectly secure; avoid sending highly sensitive health or financial details in the form.

If you contact us from outside Thailand, your data may be processed in Thailand where our systems are hosted.
